Regarding books you will never find anything better than "The Nine Freedoms" which describes the stages of spiritual evolution through Cosmic Consciousness.

I wonder if we are in danger of being swamped in dialogues and formulation of this project.
Let it be simple and one-pointed, all that is required for the foundation is the statement of of intent for the spiritual transmutation of humanity, as is ongoing and being assisted by the sacrifices of those from outside.
The planet is already free and increasing the energy it has withheld for our survival. The world is under this pressure, and many will not sustain it.

Actually, the date for the great energy release was July 8th 1964, which was called The Primary Initiation of Earth. This is being restrained by the grace of the Earth to allow some the opportunity to adapt, but is increasing in its intensity and the effects are apparent.

I wish to comment on the omisssion of the work and teaching of George King in this commendable venture.
There is plenty of information and videos of George King on the website of The Aetherius Society which he founded as a "spiritual commando force" in the days when the Earth was being subjected to assaults which had they been successful there would be none of you alive today.
The work continues in support but in a more powerful and direct way.
