The foundation advises the species Homo sapiens to do the following without delay:

1. Design and initiate, support, sustain, develop and guide a global process based on:

a. the design, deployment and development of formative processes that generate an ever increasing perceptual capacity that enables the perception of the cosmos as a process that has neither beginning nor end and which proceeds along the pathways of its own perception of its potential being becoming and nonbeing and of life as the myriad perceptual vortextes through which this process perceives its potential pathways and collaborates with itself towards their realization;

b. the acceptance of the need for a clear understanding of the evolutionary history of life and a repentance for its failure to have become conscious of its own history, nature and impact upon itself in much shorter a period of time;

c. the commitment to engage and undo as much of the damage that has been causes as is possible;

d. the acceptance of the concept of equity in access to resources for all species and forms of life;

e. the acceptance of the need to balance perception with desire and balance growth with the achievement of conscious objectives within consciously accepted time frames which objectives include the conscious evolution of life and its spread throughout the cosmos;

f. and the liberation of sensation and awareness from their current genital polarization, excitation and deployment as drivers of population growth so that they can engage the tasks of connectivity between large numbers and permitting their deployment in the tasks of increasing neural connectivity and perceptual capacities and the designing of new behavioral templates and their integration through education and training towards the generation of new ways to live, new lives and livelihoods for each individual and a new world for all.

g. Engage the attention and energies of all those who adhere to this process in the construction of the ten species survival systems as well as in a global environmental reconstruction and rehabilitation process.

The Foundation for Civilizational Transformation and Conscious Evolution is geared towards the achievement of the tasks described above and its services may be obtained where possible.
