Ponderings
*
All things flow, nothing stays still, nothing endures but change. Heraclitus
*
The Real Observer/Seer is always open to note and prompt/direct what is to be done; both individually and collectively. When this essence is deeply experienced we know that there is a total alignment with all that Is. Ram Varma
*
"Even as the embodied Self passes, in this body, through the stages of childhood, youth, and old age, so does It pass into another (and carrying with It the imprints from the earlier/previous deeds). Calm souls are not bewildered by this Reality." Gita 2.13
*
"Only the bodies, of which this eternal, imperishable, incomprehensible Self is the indweller, are said to have an end. However, there is never a time when any of us shall cease to be the Self that we truly are." Gita 2.18

Dear Love Radiance Intention Member,
Our Collaborative Group Intention Monthly Theme for February is:
Continuing the Journey We are On
Introduction
Who am I really?
We know and agree that we are a spiritual being having a human experience. This concept can be accepted by world public opinion, if not yet fully lived out in the real. As spiritual beings living a spiritual life in physical form, comes the understanding of a new human experience that underlies us all.
What happens when we leave this physical body called death?
What if I discover I am a conscious being without a dense physical body as a vehicle to manifest that I aspire to? Now who am I really? What if I discover that I am a being with no limitations & Am I really dead?
The Essential Observer
As the Essential Observer and after the body has parted from me (a conscious being) suddenly I discover I am a source of vast information, a database of the universe within a universe. Does this universe exist because I observe its existence? And if I stop observing it, what happens?
Where did I come from and what is my purpose here?
We know of, and can agree to the biological method of conception and birth. There is no argument there. But how does consciousness arrive in our brain cells, how is our personal database downloaded into the brain? How does the process of the mind coincide with that of a fully functional brain? The human brain is noted as the Super Computer of all time. If consciousness precedes us and then follows us, then consciousness must be the Ever-Present Source of all that is. Being the Observer is one of its essential characteristics. The other characteristics being that of the sustainer, the director, the enjoyer and the connector (with all that is) thats what I, You and Everyone else is. We are all One.
Is the significance of my existence more importantly not where I came from, but why I came here?
It would seem that a mirror reflection of our true essential nature is slowly emerging through the human form, notably the soul, but why? Is our purpose merely being part of a larger process in a greater whole, and is it our essential nature to evolve into higher and higher states of consciousness? Ultimately, it is the application of living our true essential nature on earth, and expressing through physical bodies that have the ability to become Light bodies with the benefit of this serving us all, the earth and beyond. We are the tendrils of vibrating information, an etheric web that holds it all together.
What is Death?
Simply can it be the leaving of the physical realm density to the spiritual realm non-density & passing from the dense physical existence that is held together by gravitational energy.
Does consciousness need gravity?
Consciousness is proven to be an Ever-Present state of awareness that doesnt need the assistance of gravity. We might agree its not dependent upon it. Only the physical body is dependent upon this gravitation and even though the physical eye cant see consciousness, cant contain it in form or matter, and if consciousness is not located in the brain cells, where is consciousness? Out there, in there & where?
We cant pinpoint consciousness, we cant put our physical finger on it, and we cant even see it, but we know consciousness exists. And it is everywhere. As all there is, is Consciousness.
Is consciousness the Soul, the Observer and the Experiencer?
Does the soul have a mission, if yes, why does the soul become disconnected from its essential nature when it takes physical form. Our database is so vast, but suddenly becomes limited by the physical form and of time and space. Does humanity in the process of evolution, have a role to fulfill?
The most provocative role the Soul can play is to realize the fulfillment of Living the Real Life in constant journey of the enfolding and unfolding in and of itself. We are aware conscious beings with the essential role of guardians and guides.
Our free will is choice, and this choice guides the course of our humanity and its evolution. Soul is not limited to earth conditions, but only by its own imposed limitations. Within the conscious universal Self we are absorbed as part of this greater whole. Free will can come and go, evolving at will in whatever state it may deem necessary for higher states of consciousness to emerge, in this state we are as much the individual as we are the collective consciousness.
So in view of the above explanations, we all CONTINUE with our evolution journey.
Practice Points
The body comes and goes; however, we are always Ever-Present. Who and what we are is essentially up to you. Observe and practice the ultimate realities of what this is, and live the life that is essential for you by nature. And what does Continue mean:
C: Consciousness/Clarity
O: Observer/Optimistic
N: Non-judgmental
T: Totality (I continue with All that is). Truthfulness as an essential aspect of human nature).
I: "I am That I am"
N: Not the doer (i.e. I am not the doer. The Consciousness is)
U: Us (not alone). I am not alone and I am not lonely. You are That, I am That, All are That.
E: Equality. We are all born equal. Awareness as such.
With the regular dwelling on the above aspects of the Reality, we are on our way to cultivate these qualities. We can then transcend all the worldly suffering, including the fear of death. And be established in our essential Self (i.e. Reality/Truth-Awareness-Blissfulness) in the course of time.
Unity Meditation (By Rita Khanna)
1. Sit comfortably with straight back in a quiet place and bring your attention on your breath at the back of your nostrils. Be fully present with this ever-present energy in you, which is moving in and out effortlessly. Stay there for a few minutes. Experience and become one with it.
2. Let your breath flow freely from nostrils to navel on inhalation and naval back to nostrils on exhalation. Stay there for a few minutes and become one with this flow.
3. Breathe into the base of your spine and exhale from the base of your spine upwards into the middle of your eyebrows. Do this for a few breaths and notice your own divine energy energizing from the base of your spine to the middle of your eyebrows. Be there for few minutes.
4. Breathe in and on exhalation say OM seven times loud. Be there for a few minutes and experience this energy sustain you.
5. Now let your attention go all the way up from your crown as high as it can go infinitely into the open space. Visualize as you are merging with the Source from which infinite light is animating in all directions. Be there for a few minutes and feel my ever-present energy, which resides in me and this infinite light are one. Feel, "I am, I was", and "I will be". This journey always continues.
6. Bring your attention back to your crown and all the way down towards your spine and into your toes. Feel from toes to top, a flow of divine energy. Say I am a divine being having human experiences. Bring your attention on your breath and gently come out of the meditation.
Self-Observation
In your own silence, see how you are doing in the above-mentioned theme and or similar aspects of living your lives. And if you feel like sharing with us your experiences at Lightpages, we simply welcome and look forward to it.
