Blog: Unfolding The Cycle of Harmony and Balance
Date: October 18, 2013
Thanks for this blog, Starr*, and the interesting ideas.
I share most or all of yuor ideas on the Divine Feminine. I was involved for years with an esoteric church led by a woman, and we did the rosary for years in modified terms that recognized the balance of the feminine and the masculine.
Our Hail Mary read like this (not ending with an affirmation of sin):
"Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb Jesus.
Holy Mary, mother of God, pray for us, sons and daughter of God,
now and at the hour of our victory over sin, disease and death."
Also -- your comment about "forcing" things seems very appropriate.
There is a kind of subtle tension in the issue -- maybe a little bit like the question "Are we saved by grace or works?"
Do we have to act proactively, or "let" the next step come?
Men and women might see this issue differently -- I think it's a fine balance, somehow.

We'll continue to experiment with the blog system, and see how graceful we can get it.
Right now, what I am doing is looking into a way that a comment like this could be linked not to "all blogs" -- as it is right now -- but to your particular blog, or to mine, or to anyone's...
Blessings and thanks.
